Phil Weinberg supported my spouse and I through an (inappropriate) charge of domestic violence made by the City of Kirkland. We established an objective of having the case dropped with prejudice, which Phil achieved. He was comprehensive, cheerful, and patient while we learned what was necessary for success. Phil provided excellent guidance about what to do and how to think within the quite counter-intuitive world of court negotiations and appearances. He made sure that we produced all of the documents appropriate for meeting the court’s expectations. He not only knew the personalities of the folks within the judicial system, he also knew the supporting counselors and programs that would make the best case for our success. Phil was particularly helpful in managing our expectations and presumptions about how to appease the judicial system. We recommend him if you care about getting the best outcome from a bad circumstance.
