Phil has represented me and has answered legal questions for me over the last 10+ years. He’s is attentive, asks questions that may seem out of the bounds of what is going on but has assured me that they’re necessary to help. He cares about his clients and will take time out of his day to talk to you and help wrap your head around what’s going on and bring you off the edge. And can make you laugh when all you feel like doing is falling about.
