I was represented by Mr. Weinberg in a civil matter in which he aggressively fought to defend my rights. Other lawyers I spoke to wouldn’t even take the case because there was only a few days left before the hearing and due to the details of the situation getting a continuance was not in my best interest. Phil and I worked late into the night to prepare my response and he was back at it early the next morning to ensure everything was filed on time. If you need everything candy coated and watered down Phil is not your guy but if you’re looking for someone that knows the law and will be completely honest and frank even if its not what you want to hear then I recommend 100% that you contact Mr. Weinberg. Without his knowledge of the legal system and clear and precise guidance this matter could have destroyed my life. Phil Weinberg is not just an excellent attorney, he’s also a great person!
